Kathleen Keegan
GREETINGS! I'm Kathleen Keegan and I am the Broker and Owner of KKeegan Realty.
I've been helping homes find new owners since 2003. I work along the South Shore (Massachusetts) from Bridge to Bridge (Sagamore Bridge up to Fore River Bridge) and specialize in PEMBROKE (my home town), Kingston, Duxbury, Hanson, Halifax, Marshfield, Hanover, and Plymouth.
Working with a great Realtor is a bit like finding that perfect waitress who knows what you want to order on a busy Friday night.

I would love to be included in your search for a real estate agent. Here's some info about me...
MY FAMILY
My man, Sean. We met in the military and fell in love sharing a foxhole at Fort Drum, NY.
My sons, Cole and Quinn, think real estate rocks, too!!
But, when it comes down to it, Holly, the only other female in my home, is the only one who gives me respect.
Sadly, she passed in 2021. We were happy to rescue our new girl, Dia,
I consider myself a guidance counselor, not a decision maker (that's you!). I have more than 37 years experience of sales and customer service. To check out my resume, see below.
I am a full-time licensed Realtor with the following letters after my name (we real estate agents love letters):
ASP - Accredited Staging Professional
CRB - Certified Buyers Representative
Member of National Association of Realtors (since 2002 – present)
Member of Massachusetts Association of Realtors (since 2002 – present)
Member of Plymouth & South Shore Realtors (since 2002 – present)
ABOUT ME, THE REALTOR
Personal Information
I grew up in Monument Beach (beginning of the Cape) and was raised by my mother, an AMAZING woman. My dad was a Navy Seal and unfortunately was killed when he stepped on a landmine in Vietnam. My mom did a phenomenal job raising 3 little girls. She raised me to be self-sufficient and self-reliant, which I believe has lead me to have the confidence to open my own real estate company.
I enjoy snuggling with the men in my life (my husband and two sons), traveling (ahhhh, love the Caribbean), playing poker or most any other card game, and real estate.
My Confession
I am addicted to reality shows and I've seen every episode of every season of Survivor, The Amazing Race, Below Deck and Big Brother. I hope that doesn't change your mind about working with me.
Volunteer Work
I volunteer or am involved with the following programs:
- Pembroke Tree Lighting Committee, Chairperson since 2007. I am very proud of this event and how my Committee and I grow it every year www.PembrokeTreeLighting.com
- Pembroke's Largest Water Balloon Fight, we have been running this fun end of the school year event since 2012
- Pembroke Celebrates with Fireworks, Founder & Chairperson since 2012
- American Legion, member since 2006
- Pembroke Town Memorial Committee, committee member since 2007
- Registered Bone Marrow Donor with the National Marrow Donor Program www.marrow.org. PLEASE JOIN!
Ethics
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, and as a member, there is a Code of Ethics that I subscribe to. In summary, it states that I must always look out for my Client's best interests. Massachusetts Association of Realtors takes this Article quite seriously. They use the Code of Ethics to help regulate all real estate agents and their licensing. If I don't do everything in my power to look after your best interests, I'm breaking this Article and jeopardizing my license.
